High lift blonde Matrix, what to use other than ul-ia?

So I have gone back to doing my hair full head blonde I also have bleach foils throughout to break it up and have been using ul-ia matrix so beauty but it still looks warm I am naturally in between a 6 and 7 but my hair kicks out quite a bit of warmth I'm not sure what else to use because I don't want to bleach my hair all over as I like different tones but with a toner it makes my bleached hair go silver which is ok but then it makes the full head look worse lol so what would anyone else reccomend?

L'Oreal new highlifts have been designed to be cool.

I don't know if they're cooler than the matrix high lift.
