Hi Guys :)
I'm new to this forum (singing:"welcome to me, to me")

I recently did a nail course and want to open a home based nail salon as to get a client base. (want to open a professional nail salon one day, but don't have the funds yet)

Any tips you can give me? Positives, negatives?
P.S: for the time being i'll only work after 17h00 and full day saturday and sunday, as i have a full time job, and don't think it would be wise to leave my job yet.

I think this is very sensible, build your clients up first and then decide when you want to make the switch. Working from home is great and there are lots of successful girls and guys here doing just that. :)

Hiya hun, welcome to salon geek!
Im currently in the same position as you, just in the process of converting our cellar into a small nail bar. Should be ready in the next few weeks its quite exciting!!
Let me know how you get on and we can share tips and advise etc as there are still quite a few things im not sure about yet either.
Good luck :) x
