How do I set up a business page on facebook?

I'm probably the only geek who doesn't have a clue how to do this! Can anyone please explain what I need to do?

If you log out of your fb account, you will bring up the main fb homepage. Underneath all the sign up details, there's a bit you can click on to create a page for your business.
