How do you do Acrylic flower's?

Hiya!!

Just wondered if anyone has got any info of doing the acrylic flower's ..
I don't mean the 3D nail art, its just the bog standard acrylic flower's.. Ive looked on the internet and i cant see the ones that im looking for..
Any info would be appreciated!!
