Does it mean washing hands with dry soap then spraying with hospital grade sanitiser or am i barking up the wrong tree?

I get clients to wash their hands, use Coolblue and also scrubfresh on the nails.

The system and brand you use will have their specific recommendations and product. I suggest you follow their instructions to the letter. Then you can be pretty sure it is done properly

In general, have them wash their hands with antibacterial soap and water, then use a nail plate cleanser like the one that's recommended with your system or 99% isopropyl alcohol and srcrub the nail plate with it (even under the free edge). this should sufficiently sanitize the nail plate for product application!

I do this ... CND Cool Blue hand sanitizer followed by CND ScrubFresh nail plate sanitizer.
