A client comes in for a service.....she's either a regular, or a newbie.
For some reason she's being really short with you, she seems really cranky, or just overall not impressed with you.
How do you handle it?
Do you bend over backwards to make her happy?
Do you just keep your head down, and get the service over as fast as possible?
Would you invite her to book another appointment, and chalk it up as PMS?
Or would you put her picture up next to the phone with a sign that says "DO NOT BOOK!"
How do you handle a cranky client?

That would definetly be the first step! Asking what's wrong.
