How/where do you seat your client while you do thier gel toenails? Im not sure how best to do it because of using the lamp
:o

I have a second lamp just for my pedi area. It plugs into the power strip that I have attached to the side of the pedestal. They are seated in my pedi chair and I place the lamp over their feet. I have seen some with pedi-thrones place a big cutting board over the basin and set the lamp on that.

I tend to get the client to relax on the couch. They can sit up and watch what I am doing with a nice cuppa.

I work from the bottom of the bed and I plug my lamp into an extension. as the bottom comes out of my lamp (bio lamp) I can just move it over the clients feet when I need to and therefore they dont even have to move their feet.

Of course only works if you have a couch in the first place!!

We have an oversized chair the ladies sit in. I put the lamp on a step stool and they place their toes in the lamp.

I do it on the bed now. Used to do it at the pedi chair but my back was killing me. So now do on the bed. Much more relaxing for clients. And I can see better too lol
