How Google may transform how you answer your salon calls

I thought you might like to see how people like myself who work in technology startups are looking at things that could be coming to salons in the very near future......it's 4 min video but quite funny actually. It's mad to think this laid back guy is the CEO of Google.

This is a google demonstration of a new technology they have been developing called AI. It stands for Artificial Intelligence and can be a number of things like speech or text or robotics, but the key part is conversations programmed so you don't have to handle clients yourself, and your booking systems will manage themselves.
