how often is too often for eye lash tinting?

quick question for you all! i have a client whomn i have been tinting her lashes for years. At the mo she is very low and crying alot and reckons her tint only lasts two weeks (due to crying and the waterproof mascara/ harsh eye makeup remover combination she uses) I'm not aware of any rules re how often is too often but don't want to do any damage to her lashes either!?

Not too sure about how often, but tint usually lasts about 4 weeks.

I'm not sure if different brands have a different 'life'.

Not much help am I?
