How to get a Recommendations tab on FB

Hiya, looking for some help please, i've seared FB but no luck.

Ive seen on some FB pages a Recommendations box or tab, not along the top, but down the side that people fill in. All my recommendations are getting lost in my feed

Its not the Ratings tab.
