How to protect my rings while working

so I got engaged at Christmas. however I cant not wear the ring so how do you guys protect yours? Don't really want to keep taking it on and off incase I lose it.

I don't do anything, it's just there. If you're really worried about it then either cover it with Micropore tape or finger protection Flexiwrap
