How to recreate these nails?

That looks similar to the new feathers polish by nails inc. I could be wrong though xx

I can think of 2 ways. Marbling on to the nail or painting it then using a bit of scrunched up plastic like clingflim to remove some leaving behind the pattern x

Cotton wool application - sounds like a recipe for fluffy nails to me :lol:
