How to watch free tv

Hi everyone,

I've recently missed an episode of a couple of programmes I like watching (Smallville & Grey's Anatomy).

I know you can download the episodes from t'internet but all I seem to do is clog my computer up with ads & spyware.

Can anyone recommend any worthwhile sites?

Never used this site, but Watch Smallville Episodes Online - I Watch Smallville .com has some episodes of season 7 of smallville. (it is season 7 or are we on 8 now?, I don't watch it but my b/f does lol) or Smallville Links | Stories, Reviews, and more on Fanpop

Have watched Ugly Betty and America's Next Top Model on there before.
