Hi
I did some courses with Essential Nails and, at the time, I really believed they were the be all and end all. This course of study was the only option for me due to my circumstances. However, I have come to realise that I DO need further training. I have taken some courses with Michelle Porter that were excellent and I am planning to do some in the near future with Sweet Squared. What a fabulous company they are! Now that I have found really good courses I am a lot more positive about my future in the nail industry and you can bet I will be on here a lot picking everyone's brains!! xxx

I think it is important to understand that EN is a start. EN courses are a way for some to get their 'feet wet' in the industry and it is obviously not a course that prepares you fully to enter the industry; but then, all education is on going for LIFE. You don't start, take a course, and never learn anything else .. not in any field.

You are right to go on and to learn more ... it's what everyone should do. But we all have to start somewhere and I'm sure that somewhere down the road you will realise that your start with EN was useful and taught you something that made the other courses easier for you.

Everything is progression.
