The hair needs to be lifted to a level 10. Then you need either a violet ash level 10 or violet pearl level 10 toner.

I’ve been Hairdressing 17 years and am a L’Oreal colour expert (a qualification) and a bleach specialist, loads of experience in various colour brands and am frequently doing colour corrections.... and I can honestly say I have never achieved a perfect ice white hair. I’ve probably tried every toner out there and it isn’t to do with the toner or the bleach, but the base colour you’re working with and the condition of the hair. Unless the client has perfect condition virgin hair in a natural 9 or above, (or obviously already natural white-grey) you can forget it. Sorry that wasn’t meant to sound harsh but I am fed up of clients showing me these pure white Pinterest photos that are actually of wigs or extensions half the time. Or on natural light blondes.
