HELP PLEASE!!
I have a lovely client who said she had a mild case of ichthyosis (almost like scaley skin) when I saw her I didn't notice anything that I thought would be a major problem. She has text me to say that in natural light the tan hasn't absorbed into the cracks of the skin and it's quite noticeable. She thinks that by applying another coat of tan that this may help? ... I on the other hand presume it will just do the exact same thing but turn the existing tan darker!?
Has anyone had any experience of this? She's due to come at 7?! X
