I'm looking for a high hand rest for manicures

I'm really struggling with a bad back, I'm trying to find an arm/hand rest that is high/raised off the manicure trolley. So when I'm filling & painting I won't be leaning over quite so much. I have tried Getting the client to place their hand on top the UV lamp but that hasn't helped.

I've fine a search but had no luck! Dont even know what it's called?
