Imaginative Shellac technician in Leeds LS8 area?

Hi

I have a friend who lives in Leeds (LS8 area) who is struggling to find an imaginative Shellac tech - she loves Rockstar and the matt black look but can't find someone to do either!!

I live in Ibiza so can't help her out.

Recently she tried a salon and they didn't even have black nor did they have enough top coat!!!! She also has another tech who is good but doesn't do anything other than plain colours, no glitters or anything!

She is happy with either mobile or a salon.

Please PM me if you live in this area, have an extensive range of colours and offer non-plain options.
