Infected follicles cos of dirty scissors...?

I've got large red spots on my neck that look like infected follicles in the same place from where my hairdresser was cutting my hair and as she was cutting it really short the scissors were scraping along my skin.

I don't know weather to contact the salon and explain or what.
I really like the salon but i had a different hairdresser this time and there all just qualified.

Hi, I very much doubt that it is an infection from the actual scissors, but there is always a slight possibility. When did you have it cut?
Tbh, I would think it was from the scissors scraping across the skin and irritating it. Keep the area clean and avoid using soap and wash it off thoroughly if you do use it. Also avoid using hairspray as it will cause further irritation. It should ease in a couple of days, but if it doesn't then I would get it looked at just to be on the safe side.
