Ingrown hair

Hi I'm having trouble with a new client. She has a lot of ingrown hairs in complete patches on her legs particularly in back of calves. She works out a lot and wears Lycra quite a lot too .?

Tell her to use a body scrub weekly, unfortunately tight clothes seem to cause friction and ingrown hairs. I had a client that always wore tights under her trousers her ingrowns are a nightmare

If you can get your hands on the lycon ingrown hair solution it's amazing ! I apply it to clients prone to ingrown hairs ( you can get it from trade shows or online ) also they need to exfoliate and moisturise - advise them to get an exfoliating glove as its easier for them to remember!
