Ive been reading about this lately and wondered if anyone has has any expereince of it as its meant to be good for mature skin but also for relieving tension in the jaw.
Does anyone know where you train or is it something that you can adapt with your own facial massage ?
Planning on having a treatment myself soon to see if its as good as I have heard.
