Interview!!!

Ive got a Job interview tomorrow in a Beauty Salon. I have been Qualified since 2004 but had a baby last year so have not worked for a while.
Im a little nervous as feel Im a bit out of practice as although I have worked as a skin care advisor since having my son, I have not carried out most treatments on clients in a while, only friends and family!

I know I will have to do a Trade Test and everyone has said 'Dont be Nervous, U can do your job stood on your head'
I no I can do the job, I think since having my son last year, ive lost a lot of confidence and am hoping I can be confident tomorrow and not appear to be a nervous drip!

Any tips or advice? Also, am i best to turn up in my (old) uniform or turn up in Smart clothes and take uniform with me?!!

Hi hun ! good luck with the interview , i would def wear ur uniform if its a salon job , they need to see how well oresented u will look whilst working for them , also why dont u have a little practice run of a few treatments tonight on a family member or friend? Let us know how u get on im sure u will be fine ! good luck !

Remember your training! Clean pressed uniform, hair tied back, light pro make-up and good posture. Finally, warm friendly smile and you'll walk it! Best of luck and let us know how it goes.

Thank you for your advice, I was offered the Job there and then so Im really pleased! Its a lovely salon and the girls I met seemed very nice and friendly!!
I am going to be trained in IPL which is something Ive been wanting to do for a long time!YAY!!
Im looking forward to getting back into work and carrying out treatments again!
Had a bit of a result as well, as my mums friend contacted me about doing some treatments on her and her daughter next week, so hopefully, may gain some clients at home too!!
