I'm thinking about leasing a crystal clear machine.

Is it still popular ?

Has it brought in more clients

Thanks

We was thinking of bringing this treatment in the salon a few weeks ago as we have had clients ask for it. I heard crystal clear was a really good brand and the results were amazing, when the rep came to see me. We just leased the mini machine to see how this works in the salon. I have put the poster up In the shop front for a week and 3 people have asked about the treatment so far. We had training yesterday and to be honest it was a complete joke! I was surprised as I had heard good things on their training! The teacher was reading from the book and making us copy her words into our folder. She briefly touched on their skincare products mainly to try and sell us them! but never showed us a hands on facial with their products but at the end of the session gave us a certificate as a qualified crystal clear skin therapist with hands on facial as well as microdermabrasion. Me and my therapist only did half a microdermabrasion face each and we were there from 10am untill 5pm! We weren't the only ones not happy! I have sent them a complaint as I feel this training was a complete waste of time. As for my machine I ordered it over three weeks ago, there was a complete mess with my order they didn't even contact me and then couldn't find my order when I called them. They told me my machine would be here today, I have just seen an email from them this morning asking me when I want it delivered! Really good machine & results but poor training and customer service!

I think you have been unlucky with your trainer. I've found the company really helpful and prompt with replies /emails/ deliveries.
The products are great too.
I'm loving the new complex c range.
Stick with it . I'm sure they will sort out some more free training for you.

I'm looking into getting the mini md to start out with

I've been told by two ladies from cc that there no interest on the lease and then the other said there was!!

So totally not sure what's true!

I've got there skincare which is great [emoji3]

I do hope we get something sorted with the training, as it was really bad. There is interest on the mini machine well I am paying it, but to be honest the machine and products are great and I think worth at least trying out! Do you do a lot of crystal clear facials ? As I am hoping to move away from Dermalogica as so many salons near me do this brand now, wanted something different.

That is annoying that the training isn't great!

I do quite a few facials I didn't want to use the same as everyone else so went for cc first then want to get the machine now [emoji2]

I love diamond tip systems. Really easy to use and can get great results. We have hot and cold hammers on it too which my clients love during a facial!

Hi Labella did you ever go for the Mini CC as I am considering it ? or skinbase but have yet to have a treatment with them

I've been looking at crystal clear but that has really put me off if the training isn't great. I would probably be okay as close enough to Liverpool to go there (do they do training there?) and I have used MDA before but still... sounds like they just had a rep doing it if she was reading from the book?! I am swaying more towards skinbase the more I look into it. I've been following them on Facebook and there are some pretty impressive results. Don't seem to see as much from Crystal Clear about their treatments, lots about the skincare products but I wouldn't be taking on their skincare range.

I had training with them at the end of April and I thought it was fine. However I did have the rep as one of the trainers could not make it. I would voice your concerns to them but I have found them good so far. Their skincare is lovely and there is an amount that has to be used with the treatment, which IMO is better than Skinbase. Everything just looks more professional.

i would think about going for diamond tip instead of crystals, my mother was marked all around her neck from crystal clear plus anyone with sensitive skin cant have the treatment and you cant work near the eyes. the consumable costs are a lot more beneficial with diamond tip also.

How do you clean the diamond tip? Don't you need an autoclave?

all you need to do is sterilise any of the heads you use after each client, I usually say get something like a toothbrush or somesort of small bristle brush just to clean any debris that might be stuck in between the diamond particles on the heads, and that's about it! a full set of diamond tip heads should last you about 6-8 months! id research NuDerm skincare , they specialise in diamond tip microdermabrasion

We aren't drawing blood so an autoclave isn't necessary, only needing to disinfect and sanitise heads. Diamond is more cost effective than crystal.

do you still have the mini ? as looking at getting this as good deal...

Seriously look at nudermskincare.

Their machine offers so much more than just microdermabrasion, it is also not just a facial machine it can also be used on the body and is very affordable.
