But why would she SACK me?? If I am not thinking about anything wrong, just enjoying it, why would this make her sack me?

Let's get serious for a minute Leor ... if your therapist KNEW this was how you felt whilst she carried out this treatment she would feel extremely uncomfortable; the professional trust and courtesy between you and her would be broken; and she would feel slightly creeped out by it.

But

If you keep it in your head and never allow her to get the smallest inkling by word or gesture then it will be ok.

In all seriousness this is the kind of thing that makes female therapists unhappy about treating men.
