This is a link to the FDA website who are responsible for safety of products. Spray tanning has never been signed off as safe and so therefore the individuals/ business's who are applying fake tan to the general public through spraying can be held responsible if anyone were to get sick from inhaling DHA or it getting into the blood stream from eyes,lips, cuts etc....
