Just starting out. Confused!!!

I am 36 years old and jsut starting out and I was wondering if it as absolutely essential that I do NVQ1 or is it possible to go straight to NVQ2. Any advice thank you

Most people go straight on to level 2, but you can find out more at your college x

I went straight in to college on an NVQ2 hun, check your local college for open evening etc there are loads coming up soon! hth

Thanks for replies, spoken to college today and seems like I should be able to go straight onto Level 2
