Keratosis Pilaris, any good products to help?

It's much better to use with body oil but its the hydrating lotion that helps the keratosis Pilaris. It's great for dry, hard feet too

Could you guys advise me of the best place to buy these items or are they on prescription?

Do you recommend any Eve Taylor products for this problem? Is it better to use body brush dry or in the shower? What exfoliator do you recommend?

The Sanex range of shower gels has Lactic Acid in them which is a natural exfoliant! I had this recommended by a Beauty Therapist!
