Koleston Perfect 12/1 base shade?

Hi I'm after a little help, I'm qualified (new) and have a client who has 12/1 and has done for years. Her hair is almost 100% grey and she is not happy with the coverage.

I know with grey/white hair you are meant to add a base shade (pure naturals)but I'm after advice on which one to use? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You shouldn't use highlift on 100% grey go down to 10/0 + 10/1 or else 10/16 10/8 10/38

could also use lightener then tone with 10/1 10/16 10/8 10/38 (1:2) with pastel on damp hair

I use 10/0 for same results at 12/1 on white hair leave 45 mins at least x
