Hi guys I have a client who has balayaged ends, some pieces a level 9 some level 8... pretty brassy. I normally tone first with a 9.02 then do a 9.11 over the top. She always fades really brassy quite quick. Was thinking of trying 8.11 next time. Should I tone with 8.02 first? Or try the loreal cool cover ....

If some are level 8 then you should be using a lvl 8 toner. Or .11 in maji or 8.12 in dlight.
Blondifier gloss for everyday shampooing and blondifier cool once a week with the masque

Try to lift the hair above an 8, level 8 doesn’t tend to be ashy and if it is tends to look too dark, you’ll get an ashier result working at a level 9 or 10, and explain to her maintenance she needs to use purple shampoo or come in for top up toners because all toners fade x
