I've just seen an advertisement for a ladies day. It has 40 exhibitors ranging from hairdressers to hot tubs. Entrance is free to the public. All the money earned from exhibiting is going to charity. It's going to be advertised in two of the local papers this week and will also be featured again showing the event.
It is 15 miles away and the area costs £70 .
There is no other spray tanning company going, i have free rein as to what i do (demos etc).
I'm a new business so i'm looking at ways to promote myself. I live on an island that is slightly behind the times and although spray tanning is available in salons and spas there isn't an other mobile in the area.
What do you think?

go for it!!!!

xx

I agree - sounds like a runner!! Nothing better than a gathering of ladies to spread the word... also a great way of creating awareness of your business and what you have to offer that is different - you are bringing a fantastic service to the home - just make sure you have plenty of flyers/business cards etc. If your prices are competitive you can't lose.... best of luck with it and, if you go for it, let us know how it went for you

I'm going to go for it. I've phoned the organizer and left her a message fingers crossed there will still be the availability, i'll leave it till early aft and try her again.
Now i've got so much to organize.
What do i take?
How do i set up?
Do i need to request a certain area?
What advertising do i need?
Should i do demos? How should i work this?

Oh so much to do in a week.
All you help and suggestions are appreciated

Reading this back i sound like a mad women, i do have some ideas but extra input is always great :)
