Lash predicament

Got a text at 8am off a client saying that she's 'woken up with about 4 lashes left on each eye' and will she need a full set. Well she obviously will but what do I do? Charge her full set or just infill? Her full set application was on the 29th may... And I know that in that space she's been abroad (sun, swimming etc) so yeah, what do I doooo?!

charge her full set!!
i have a client that does not look after hers at all. really she has them done every 2 weeks and you should see them,, about 5 left on each eye!
she must pick them or smething?

anyway i just said that if she comes to me with less than half a set its gonna be a full set because i actually use more time/products with remover, micro brushes ect...
you running a business... i go on holiday with them all the time but never have a load missing.
its her own fault xxxx

charge hun! It sounds like she is pulling a fast one. I have lashed 4 people who were going on holiday and all of them have come back with a full set but they all used waterbased products. she probably used waterproof sun lotion etc ask if she used mascara on the bottom lashes...cos people dont realise that just because a mascara/eyeliner doesnt say waterproof on it it can have a lot of oils in and will effect the bonds.
just explain to her that it must have been something she has done. If it was something YOU had done wrong it would have happened sooner.
