The slightest bit of moisture can stop them adhering and I wouldn’t want to risk a problem as lashes take time and patience..for them all to come off would be such a waste of time. Before I stopped doing extensions I would offer a package to come in over the course of a few days. Day 1 patch testing for both, day 3 lash tint, day 4 extensions. You can make it a bit more exciting and offer a complimentary hand massage while the tint is developing so the client is more interested in coming on separate days.
