Launch day

I'm soon to qualify, and am setting up a modern, professional salon at home.

I'm really keen to do a launch day, but don't know many people in the area that I live. I'm also really worried that no one will turn up!!

- Have you had a launch day
- How did you advertise it
- How many people turned up?
- Any other tips or advice??

Hiya I had an open day and it went well really busy!
Firstly I would invite all family and friends and get them to bring their friends, that's how I found most of my clients through friends. Plus family and friends being there will make it look busy
I also made leaflets for the open day and put them in local shops and did an event on fb.
I had my sister and mum helping me, making drinks, making appointments etc
I also did a free raffle, people write there name address, number and email down and put it in a box. (Good way of getting contact details)
