Lava shell training

I've been put on a lava shell training at work (Bannatyne Spa) for next month I just don't know what to expect, any advise? I'm hot stone trained I was just wondering if it's similar style of routine etc?

Lava shells are lovely to work with. I combine their use in with the aromatherapy massage I offer.
Top tip! The shells take a different time to heat up depending on whether you are using the large or small shells. The small shells heat up the quickest (10min) which is important to know for your treatment timings/order

I watched several you tube videos of therapists using shells. Really useful to get the idea

Enjoy the training. It's really good. The shells get hotter than stones so the routine is designed to accommodate that
