Currently i rent a beauty room in a small but busy salon, the one problem is the owner cant be bothered any more and cant decide if they want to sell it etc.
Im thinking of offering to take it on as leasehold but am unsure of what i need to put on my checklist of things i have to estimate/check up on first, insurance, buisness rates etc etc.
And then how do i go about the lease? call in solicitors?
Any advice would be great, the salon is a dream to work in, only one in the area, free parking, great reputation, great staff, only changes id need to make would be a new till
