Legal requirement????

I've trained with Creative as a nail tech. However, I've been told by another nail tech that I'm not 'qualified' to do a straight forward manicure or pedicure without a specific qualification for each of these as it's a legal requirement and I won't be covered by my insurance. Comments please. xxxxx

was it covered on your course? if not then your insurance wont cover it

It totaly depends on the part of the country in which you live.

London Westminster does require Manicure and Pedicure certificate and possibly other councils in that area.

Other parts of the country do not require it.
