Letter to local businesses - Spray Tanning for xmas

Hello everyone,

I have a couple of enquiries for spray tan parties from the bosses of 2 local companies, who would like to treat their female members of staff to spray tans for xmas and have a tan party in their workplace.

I have decided to write a letter to send out to alot of businesses in my area to inform them of my mobile spray tan business and the concept of a tan party to look great for their xmas work parties.

I m just really struggling on how to word it???

Any suggestions any1? Im no good with words! xxx

At £xx per tan or £xx per party with xxx number of people to tan.
Look great for the party season and have fun at the same time.
So pick up the phone and reserve your party slot early to avoid disappointment.
Parties booked with 50% deposit paid 7 days before the party date, balance on the day.
