Lilac tones

So... I lightened my customers hair to a pale yellow base 10 then used L'Oréals new colourful hair mixed it to a lilac shade left to develop , rinsed off and virtually nothing left !!
So I went back over with po2 mixed with an inch of 4.20 Luo .. left a good tone in the hair which I've posted but client said it lasted 4 washes so I need to re do . Anyone know of any lilac toners or semis that are worth my time trying for a longer lasting tone ? Pics are when I did and after 4 washes customers own pic

You should have explained in the consultation that toners only last around 6 washes. Fashions colours are semi permanent and will not last very long.

Wella 10/0 and touch 55/65 goes gorgeous lilac colour and stays put in the hair great. X
