Just wondering if anyone has come across hair like this.
Bleach tinted hair on a natural level 8.
However previous salon overlapped and didn't get a clean lift.
So now we have 1" of regrowth nice clean blonde with broken hair from the previous overlap.
The ends however due to the lime in the water and the client using silverYou shampoo has lead to a build up on the ends in a murky flat greenish tinge.
Has anyone successfully removed build up of toning shampoo and lime??

You need to use a chelating shampoo followed by a good conditioning treatment.

Thanks AcidPerm none in the bloody salon ATM and she's looking to come in on Saturday

Use a cleansing shampoo if you don't have a chelating shampoo, and do a rinse of apple cider vinegar diluted in water after shampooing, allow to sit in the hair for a few minutes and rinse. (not the most professional I know but easy to do at short notice) I'd then shampoo and condition with a reconstructor.
