Lip burn

I was waxing my upper lip at home. I bought some wax strips, and I managed to accidentally place in on my actual lip. I ripped off some skin and now my lip is a dark red colour were the wax strip was were it got burnt. Will my lip go back to the normal colour? And what can I use to help the burning pain?

You need to show it to the pharmacist as without seeing it it is impossible to recommend the best course of action. x The body is a great healer though and hopefully it will repair.
