Never heard of it:eek: and I thought I'd tried them all:rolleyes:
Ok, what is it?
How does it work
What do you have to do?
How much does it cost?

Hi. I haven't tried Lipotrim, but I believe it is a version of Lighter Life? I did try that for two days, as my mothers best friend has lost 5 stone with it, but I have to say I gave up as it made me feel so poorly, but I wish you luck!

My friend and her daughter have been on Lipotrim for a few months now. They aren't doing it through the chemist but were referred to the hospital by their GP.

both of them have done really really well, my friend has lost 3 and a half stone and her daughter 2 stone.

I have thought about trying it but I am sure I couldn't stay off the brews and as it is not cheap (about £36 a week) it may be a waste of money for me. If you can get referred to a hospital from your GP if you are very overweight, the cost is around £20 per week.

I am on liprotrim have been on it now for five weeks I have lost 25 pounds, it is a very strict diet but it has worked the best for me than any other diet I have been on. go for it but stick to it the first week is the worst, but once you get over the first few day's you will find it easier, A tip for you if you have the soup in the evening but have to cook for other members of your family have the soup whilst cooking it helps to stop wanting to pick. The cost is £36 per week but if you consider what you save in tea coffee sugar milk and food it evens itself out. Good luck

hi suzie
lipotrim is a total meal replacement diet , you have to have 3 shakes a day and loads of water, you are also allowed black tea or coffee but nothing else.
no food at all, its a very severe diet but they say the results are amazing. all the vitamins you need are in the shakes and you are monitered by either your chemist or doctor as you can only purchase one week at a time before you go back to be weighed. it costs 63 euro a week, which is very dear but im desperate, have tried every thing . just had my first shake a few mins ago, chocolate flavor, didnt actually taste that bad. im really determined to stick to this, fingers crossed.

My friend did this diet twice and while she was very succesful in losing the weight whilst on the diet, as soon as she'd lost it and went back onto 'proper' food the weight piled back on, even though she wasn't eating to excess and was exercising. This happened both times with her. I think once you lose weight this way you have to be very strict with yourself to maintain your weight loss, stricter than if you had lost weight in a more 'traditional' way.

Good luck with it, anyway.

Oh so its the same as the cambridge diet, I've lost weight on this but its so important to change your relationship with food otherwise as others have said it comes back when you creep back to your old eating habits.
Unfortunatly I would have to ditch the OH to change my relationship to food  so I find I have to spend 1 month in every 6 on the diet to keep the weight of:rolleyes:

Hi all nice to meet you.

Im looking forward to reading everyones views on this plan and I also hope to gain some inspiration from other members using this plan.
