Liquid eyeliner?

can anyone recommend a good liquid eyeliner?

I currently use maxfactor and I quite like the tip on it. It's like a thin, pointy felt tip pen.

But it goes slightly blue-y when I put any eyeshadow over it. And it's waterproof and I struggle to get it all off.

I obviously don't want to spend a fortune. But want something decent. If it comes with a free make up artist. That would be great

For myself the Rimmel exaggerate is a good one & has a good "pointy felt tip pen" too! X

Soap and glory supercat is my fav. It's a felt tip one too and easy to apply

Thick for night. Thin for day
