Is there anyone who can help me?
Up until a couple of years ago, I always had my hair permed AND highlighted. It was absolutely fine - no problems as long as I was religious about having the ends trimmed every 6 weeks.
I decided to let it go straight for a while, but have continued having it highlighted. Now, I want it permed again, but:
a) None of the "younger" stylists want to perm - they don't like it, and aren't used to it
b) They say I can't have it done as my hair is highlighted, even though I had both for years with no problems.
Is there anyone out there in Surrey/Hampshire who likes and is good at perming, and would perhaps consider taking me on?
