I am looking for a nail professional in Portland, Oregon with the following skills:
Can do an acrylic overlay with very sheer, natural looking ivory tips, preferably sculpted tips, without further damaging thin, weak nails. Avolve system would be a plus.
Can do fills that show no seam between old and new acrylic.
skilled with airbrush and has matte topcoat.
Can do all of this for under $75 for a full set.
So, tell me folks. Am I dreaming or are my expectations reasonable?
