L'Oréal Effasor instructions?

Hi! Does anyone have a copy of the instructions for loreal effasor?? Iv ordered a couple of sachets online and can't determine weather I need to use 20vol or 30vol on my client.. don't want to uneddicaerily damage the hair. P.s. I have used this before but this time without ordering a box guidelines wernt included and I always like to follow manufactures instructions.

Instructions advise to use 20vol on pretty much everyone

You would only use 30vol on someone who's hair is really short and basically in immaculate condition. So hardly ever
