Loyalty scheme/birthday idea?

Hi geeks,

Ok, what do you think of this idea, I don't currently offer a loyalty scheme but I was going to offer a 15-20 percentage off treatment for referer and referee.

I also thought would be a nice idea to treat regular clients to a birthday treat when they come for a treatment during their birthday month. A little organza bag with pinkie solar oil, mini nail files and mini hand cream totaling about £4-5)

I think the birthday idea is really good! For referring a friend we give every client a voucher every time they come in on which they can write their name and give to a friend, if the friend brings it in then they get 25% off their first visit and the client who referred them gets 10% off their next appointment. We have a computer booking system tho so it is really easy to keep track of but brings in a lot of new clients who then get the vouchers to give their friends etc etc xx
