Majirel-want to go lighter

hi, my natural color is slightly lighter than level 5, with gray highlights as i like to say. i presently have a mix based in majirel 6.8. wondering if it would be possible to gradually work toward a dark blonde level 7 from my natural shade in single process? asking here because i use students or junior colorists. thanks!
