Make up storage?

I recently brought a new z palette, it's not the "z palette" it's the VCQ one. I have basically depotted all my eyeshadows and blushes. However my naked palette ones are not coming out? Any idea how I can get them out? I managed to get 50 others out, but not these ones. I want to only have 1 palette so I can get more organised :0(
