Hello, any laundry whizzes have and idea how to turn the grey collar on my black dress back to white?
(It was white originally lol)

Try a colour catcher, or bit of vanish for whites in the wash?

Will that get it back to white or just stop it running even more?

I'm pretty sure you can get a whites colour catcher which would pull the colour out of the White?

The vanish would definitely pull some of the colour out the collar

The whites colour catcher will remove most of the colour run but in my experience you probably won't get back to the original white and may feel it's still a bit 'grubby' looking. If it was the dress that dyed the collar then it's probably not worth doing as it will happen each time you wash it. Don't despair though, you can always accessorise with a scarf to cover the damage.

I always add bleach in the fabric softener part! Not loads but a good squirt!! Always has my whites really white! And I always do it in a white wash xx
