Manicure/deluxe mani course for acrylic trained

I'm now trained with CND in l+p and was going to do their spa manicure course (having only previously done a basic mani/pedi one day years ago) but I tried the new range that you need to buy for the course and I don't like the smell of either of them at all! I know the CND courses are good quality so you get what you pay for, but a bit hesitant to have to pay for the course and buy kit I don't like at all!

Any recommendations for other mani courses (ideally not mani/pedi as I hate feet!) in the London/watford area? X
